Ensure all items are in their original, clean condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
